Email, the reference to quote, and where to see whether something is down.

Email support@rykloud.com. Include your organisation’s name and, when something went wrong, the reference the console shows (it starts with req_): it lets us find exactly what happened. The console’s Help page writes the email for you with the reference in it.

Is it down for everyone? status.rykloud.com shows the console, sign-in, provisioning and running environments, checked every minute.
